Alfa Accountants & Advisors is a large accountancy firm with more than 1,000 employees. It is a national organization, with 34 branches operating locally throughout the Netherlands. Jan Lasschuit has worked at Alfa Accountants for more than 20 years, starting out as an assistant accountant. He eventually found his way to ICT and became a Program Manager. Almost 2 years ago, he decided to immerse himself in Enterprise Architecture. He tells us about the added value of EA and how it can be expressed in numbers.
