During a two-day intensive program, this Masterclass will help you better understand the trends and challenges your organization faces, forcing your organization to transform continuously.
You will learn how to leverage BlueDolphin as a driver and inspiration for change, including communicating it to the board and the organization in general.
Your own Business model will play a vital role during the Masterclass while facing external trends and organizational challenges. We will dive into the BlueDolphin ABT template and the value architecture offers to your business transformation journey while collaborating with BlueDolphin.
In two-day sessions, through a combination of theory, discussion, examples and practical exercises, we will explore the BlueDolphin ABT template, build a value stream and a business model and collaborate on organizational transformation with just-enough architecture.
Who is the Masterclass designed for?
The ABT Masterclass is designed for (Enterprise) Architects, CIOs, and any senior role familiar with architecture and focusing on business transformation.
What are the preconditions?
It would help to have some Enterprise Architecture (EA) knowledge, including architectural approach experience. You are familiar with BlueDolphin as an Enterprise Architecture tool, including basic functionality and features. You are willing to leverage the (ABT) BlueDolphin template but are not fully utilizing the template yet.
