Conditional syncing for integrations and Webhooks: Control your data flows  

BlueDolphin integrations now support conditional synchronization, allowing teams to control exactly what data syncs to third-party systems based on lifecycle state. 

This ensures only relevant, operational information is shared, keeping data clean, consistent, and aligned with design practices. It also prevents future-state objects from syncing prematurely, maintaining data integrity across all integration points. 

Webhook filtering now supports lifecycle states too, giving you finer control and reducing unnecessary event traffic to systems like TOPdesk or ServiceNow.
