Connected processes: From design to organization-wide access 

In October, BlueDolphin brings processes and projects together, allowing you to create and link process diagrams directly within Projects, ensuring they roll up naturally under Solution Design. Once complete, those processes can then be published through the new Process Portal, making them available in view-only mode to anyone in the organization. 

This feature enables everyone across the business to gain clarity on how initiatives are designed and how they will run in practice. Architects stay in control of design, while employees at every level can view the finalized processes they rely on to execute change.

What’s new? You’ll find a better article navigation experience and a cleaner, more structured layout of topics, making it faster to discover the content you need. The updated design offers a clearer overview of categories and related articles so that you can get best-practice guidance and how‑to content in a couple of clicks. Access it directly at BlueDolphin Knowledge base or from the BlueDolphin user menu.
